Cancellation Policy

PaceTri offers one-time purchase digital training plans rather than subscription services. Once you purchase a training plan, you have lifetime access to that specific plan. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions to cancel.

2. Account Cancellation

You may cancel (delete) your PaceTri account at any time by:

  • Contacting our support team at support@pacetri.com
  • Using the contact form on our website
  • Requesting account deletion through your account settings

3. Effect of Account Cancellation

When you cancel your account:

  • You will lose access to your training plans and progress data
  • Your account will be deactivated within 24-48 hours
  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • No refunds will be provided for purchased training plans
  • No future charges will be made (as we don't have recurring billing)

4. Data Retention After Cancellation

After account cancellation:

  • Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Training plans and progress data will be permanently removed
  • Payment records may be retained for legal, tax, and fraud prevention purposes
  • You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support
  • Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days

5. No Refunds Upon Cancellation

<strong>Important:</strong> Account cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. All sales are final. Cancelling your account means you voluntarily give up access to purchased training plans without compensation.

6. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate a cancelled account:

  • Contact support within 30 days of cancellation
  • Your data may be recoverable during this period
  • After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account
  • Previous purchases cannot be restored after data deletion
  • You would need to purchase new training plans

7. Service Termination by PaceTri

We may terminate your account if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You abuse our support systems
  • Legal requirements mandate termination
  • You initiate fraudulent chargebacks

8. Cancellation Processing Time

Account cancellations are typically processed within:

  • 24-48 hours for standard cancellation requests
  • Same day processing for urgent requests
  • Up to 3 business days during high volume periods

9. What Happens to Your Training Plans

Upon account cancellation:

  • You immediately lose access to all purchased training plans
  • Downloaded or printed copies remain yours to keep
  • You cannot re-download plans after cancellation
  • No backup copies will be provided

10. Alternative to Cancellation

Instead of cancelling your account, consider:

  • Simply not logging in (no ongoing costs)
  • Downloading/printing your training plans for offline use
  • Contacting support if you have specific concerns
